I went on a yacht trip from Miami out into Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean (I suppose) for new Golden State Warrior Ekpe Udoh’s weekend celebration. Coincidentally I was filimg a segment for a future episode of On The Flipside! 😉 The piece is in edit and I should have it out by the end of the month, but in the meantime, check out a few pictures from the outing… Shouts to Derick G and Daniel for helping me get the images and video shot!
Swimming in the water..one of my favorite things! Gotta have the “noodle!”
And the man of the hour… Ekpe – nice guy. I’m glad he’s reppin the hometown team!
We were even lucky enough to see dolphins swimming in the wild!
At long last the “Everglading with Anjelah Johnson” video! Courtesy of Derick G. check out Anjelah’s trip to the Florida Everglades and the Billie Swamp Safari! I was able to take her there this past May while she was in between shows at the Improv’s in Hollywood and West Palm Beach, Florida. I love how my car gets to make a cameo in this production…and when I watched this edit I was cracking up just as much as that day when we were shooting it! 🙂 So…click play now!!
Kudos and many thanks to Derick for putting this video together AND doing such a fantastic job with the edit! It’s one of the best docu-reality shows EVER..not biased or anything! hehe… Also, if you want to see my original post about Anjelah’s visit with pictures…click here – ANJELAH VISIT
Young Money’s debut album – We Are Young Money, is on its way out December 22nd. Please support my artist Jae Millz and the rest of the YME crew, by picking up a copy or two or THREE… It’ll make a GREAT holiday gift and stocking stuffer! Fans are already familiar with the group’s first 2 releases, “Every Girl” and “Bedrock” …Millz is featured on both of those songs, as well as 6 other tracks on the album!
Watch exclusive “Bedrock” behind the scenes courtesy of Derick G… and thanks to Last Rights and Mi Gente, who suited Millz up for the music video!
So, I recently had an opportunity to make a cameo as a red carpet reporter in the music video for Timbaland’s new song “Say Something” featuring Drake, on Shock Value 2.
I know the role was a bit of a stretch, but somehow I managed to pull it off! Needless to say, only my lovely locks (i.e. hair) made the final cut of the video, but I did get some good face time in the “Behind the Scenes/Making Of” video…starting around the 4:09 mark.
Here are some screen grabs of my “red carpet” scene….
Shouts out to Kimi for hooking up my makeup for the shoot and Cherisse who also played my “chaperone” at the shoot..and of course Derick G who put me on!
